Host Sponsors, Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University, present the 2007 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival.

A destination weekend event, the festival will take place in the heart of South Beach Thursday, February 22, through Sunday, February 26, 2007, with four full days of spectacular tastings, a star-studded dinner wine, culinary and lifestyle seminars that will feature prominent figures in the international wine, spirits and culinary industries.

All events are open to the public, and net proceeds will benefit the FIU School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Teaching Restaurant and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center, located at FIU-Biscayne Bay (N.E. 151 St. and Biscayne Boulevard, North Miami).
