The main course of the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, the Village offers sun-kissed, oceanside tents filled to the brim with superstar chefs as well as representatives from hundreds of wine and spirits producers and local restaurants, all offering samples of their finest wares. Still more entertainment comes in the form of the Target Cook-off Tent, in which a creative culinary competition a la Iron Chef – seasoned with a generous helping of humor and audience participation – pits two well-known cooks against one another in a friendly battle with hilarious, albeit delicious, results. Lovers of all things French should check out the special tent devoted exclusively to Gallic goodies. Guests attending on Sunday enjoy the additional diversion of the Delta Live Auction featuring wine-country trips, rare vintage wines, jewelry, lifestyle package and much more.

Join hosts of the American Express Grand Tasting Tents, the Uncas American Indian Grill and Todd English’s Tuscany at Mohegan Sun, for delicious samples from your favorite South Florida restaurants and world-renowned makers of wines and spirits. Amble from station to station to experience the latest in food trends and get acquainted with the variety of wines and other beverages on offer for your tasting pleasure. Other attractions include special centerpiece exhibits by G.H. Mumm, Moët Hennessy and Verizon Wireless. Finally, the truly curious epicurean can take a turn through the Festival’s new “future brands” courtyard and be the first to test products not yet on the market.
