(June 12, 2007)-Lee Brian Schrager, Founder and Director of the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival, announced the launch of a new healthy initiative entitled ‘Fun and Fit as a Family sponsored by The South Beach Diet’ at the 2008 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival scheduled to take place February 21-24, 2008.

(May 24, 2007)-One month after announcing the 2007 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival raised over $1.4 million for Florida International University’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, festival Founder and Director Lee Brian Schrager presented a check in the amount of $1,508,435 to the School’s Dean, Joseph J. West.
