The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival is a spectacular 4 days celebrating amazing food, great wine, in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. Now you don't have to wait until next year’s Festival, February 24 – 27, 2011, to enjoy a special series of intimate culinary and preeminent wine events. “Friends of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival” is a unique and private experience as an extension of the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival. The annual series of events will reach a targeted audience, who are the Festival’s most loyal and affluent local supporters and increase the Festival’s exposure throughout the year. The “Friends of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival” will consist of a select group of not more than 100 high net-worth South Floridians who will commit to an annual membership fee to participate in these exclusive experiences. The “Friends of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival” will continue to focus on providing our loyal patrons First Class and “one of a kind” culinary experiences that they enjoy as part of the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival. The purpose of this select group will be to provide an ongoing source of support to raise significant funds for our future hospitality leaders of tomorrow, by supporting Florida International University’s.
Event Details:The “Friends of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival” will consist of a minimum of five (5) exclusive members-only “behind the scenes” events throughout the calendar year. The events specific dates will take place throughout the year.
- High profile restaurant openings
- Unique Grand Openings or Premieres
Additionally, all members will be given the opportunity to purchase 2010 Festival tickets in advance of the general public. In short, Members will be given a bird’s eye view of the 2010 Festival and experience VIP benefits not provided to any other sponsor, VIP or ticket purchaser.
Membership: $1,000 per annual membership fee (good for the member and a guest) to join the “Friends of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival”. This contribution will be made to FIU and will be fully tax deductible to the extent the law allows.
